After a week of circus, Uddhav Thackrey resigned from the Maharashtra CM. Supreme court ordered not to stop the floor test, after this Uddhav Thackrey came to facebook live on 9:30 PM and announced his resignation.
CM had said that only after the decision of the court, he is going to make further strategy. The court has made it clear that the floor test is going to be held wednesday at 11 am. It was expected that if verdict came against him, he might resign before the floor test. After such a situation, Uddhav thackrey decided to resigned from the post of CM.
Talking about the court hearing, Abhishek Manu Singhvi had kept the side of Shiv Sena in this whole matter, During the hearing, Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that he got information about the floor test today itself. No floor test until MLAs are verified.
But on the argument of Abhishek Manu Singhvi, the Supreme Court asked the question whether there is any minimum time for floor test. Is it written in the constitution that if the floor test is held then the government changes, then the floor test can not be done again?
After hearing court given its decision “Not to stop Floor test”, in such a situtaion it was clear that MVA government will collapse. So Uddhav Thackrey came to Facebook live and announced his Resignation.
Now BJP will play the kingmaker role. Shivsena’s Eknath shinde group’s MLA can go with BJP to form the government.
